Invoice North collects the information needed to run the service: account details, business profile details, clients, invoices, expenses, reports, and support messages you choose to provide.

• We store passwords only as hashes.
• Invoice recipients may see the invoice details you send to them through hosted invoice links or email.
• Basic logs may include IP address, browser, and security events.

How we use information

We use information to provide invoicing, finance tracking, account security, support, product improvement, and transactional email delivery.

• We do not sell your business data.
• We do not use your invoice or financial records for third-party advertising.
• You are responsible for the information you enter about clients and other third parties.

Service providers

Invoice North may rely on infrastructure, database, email, analytics, and payment providers to operate the product. These providers process information only as needed for their role.

Your choices

You can export your own records from the app where export tools are available. For privacy requests, corrections, or deletion questions, contact inquire@nubeazul.ca.
